This recipe for 10-minute pizza is fast, easy tastes amazing! Trust me once you try this you'll be addicted.
- Naan or pita bread (you can find them in the bread section).
- Salsa or pizza sauce (your choice).
- Shredded cheese
- Optional: toppings (onion, olive, pepper, meat etc.)
01 | Preheat Oven to 350F
I always forget this step and end up regretting it when I have to wait for the oven to warm up. There's a reason this is always the first step in recipes, it makes your oven food cook evenly and ensures that the recipe is cooked according to the time given.
Learn from my mistake, preheat the oven first.
02 | Add Sauce
If you like extra sauce you can add it. However since the bread is very spongy adding too much can lead to soggy crust. Add enough for flavor but not too much.
It's better to add a little bit of sauce at first, and if you feel like it's not saucy enough you can add more.
03 | Add Cheese & Toppings
I love cheddar cheese which is why it's my go to for pizza. But choose whatever type you love. It's up to you!
If you want to add meat cook to your pizza. Make sure you cook it before adding it or determine the cooking time needed. Since the pizza isn't in the oven for long, it's important to make sure that the meat is properly cooked.
04 | Bake for 7-10 Minutes
Place the pizza on the middle rack and check it occasionally. The pizza cooks really fast so don't be afraid to check on it. Trust me it will be ready before you finish cleaning up.
05 | Enjoy Your Pizza!
You can cut it or dive right in! Whatever you choose just know it will be delicious! That's it! Your pizza is ready! I know this is my dream pizza with the onions and olives.
For those of you confused about the type of bread I used, here is a picture of the package. You don't have to buy this kind. However, I find it works very well. You can experiment and find what works for you.
